Why do we process your personal data?
Purpose:

- Right to Opt-out: You have the right to ask us to stop selling or sharing your personal data. To exercise this right, you (or your authorized representative) may submit a request at legal@smallest.ai.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We do not provide you differential Services, in the event you exercise your rights. However, in certain circumstances, exercising your rights may affect our ability to provide you the Services.

You may decline to submit any personal data through the Site or withdraw your consent under this Policy at any time, in which case we may not be able to provide certain Services to you.
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period.
Disclosure of personal data
We only disclose your personal data on a need to know basis, with other users of the service, with service providers, business affiliates, law enforcement authorities, and third parties (like our lawyers, auditors, etc.)
