This integration streams Smallest AI's Lightning text-to-speech into live Plivo calls through a lightweight FastAPI server, so your callers hear ultra-low-latency, production-grade speech without leaving the Plivo call flow. The example runs locally and uses ngrok to expose your server to Plivo for testing — once you deploy behind a public URL, ngrok is no longer needed. You supply your Smallest AI key and Plivo auth credentials, point the call client at a number, and Plivo handles placing the call while your server streams the synthesized audio.
